The Department of Public Health is communicating guidance through their dedicated COVID-19 website as well as the DPH Nursing Home Listserv and the Health and Homeland Alert Network (HHAN).
Each nursing home should have two people in their facility signed up to receive messages from the DPH Nursing Home Listserv. Click here to access instructions on subscribing to the NH Listserv as well as how to change existing contacts.
The Health and Homeland Alert Network (HHAN) is a statewide network built to deliver important information to via email, telephone calls, text message, and pager. It is intended to ensure rapid and timely access to information for health preparedness and response on a 24/7/365 basis. If your facility is a member of MassMAP, it is likely that several staff already receive messages via the HHAN. If not, to register for receive HHAN messages please send an email request to Alert.Network@massmail.state.ma.us.
