This week the Health Policy Commission's (HPC) hosted their 2020 Annual Health Care Cost Trends Hearing: COVID-19 and the Massachusetts Health Care System – Assessing Impact, Advancing Equity. At the event, HPC unveiled a spotlight video, Healing Together: Voices of the Commonwealth During the COVID-19 Pandemic , highlighting compelling stories from essential workers and residents across the Commonwealth, including the challenges they have faced, the solutions they have developed, and the reasons they have hope for the future. Tom Lavallee, Chair of Mass Senior Care Association’s Board of Directors, was featured in the video, and shared his experience in the long-term care setting.
