As a reminder, per 105 CMR 150.000 Standards for Long-Term Care Facilities, all health care personnel (HCP) must be up to date with the most current COVID-19 vaccine no later than December 31, 2024, unless the HCP is exempt from vaccination. The nursing facility must maintain for each HCP either proof of current COVID-19 vaccination or the HCP’s individual's exemption statement which must include a signed statement certifying that they are exempt from vaccination and have received information about the risks and benefits of the COVID-19 vaccine.
